Miriam, I probably shouldn't be writing the following to you now, but
Miriam, I probably shouldn't be writing the following to you now, but
I'm having one of those days where it seems like everything
I do is wrong.
This has a snowball effect. Feeling like everything I do is
wrong leads a cycle of wrong thoughts and feelings that I have difficulty
getting away from.
Like I´m annoying you or giving a bad impression of myself,
because I ask the wrong questions, press the wrong buttons, choose the wrong
things, giving the idea that I don't think or that I don't know what I'm doing.
Then it all gets messed up. And then I feel like I'm wasting your time... and
this upsets me, because at the end, I feel a urge to justify myself and
ultimately, I feel that NOW I´m giving a bad impression about myself and
annoying you!
Well, writing it all made me feel calmer and better.
And now…should I really send this to you? Or not?
Maybe half of it:
Miriam, I want to apologize for my behavior in our meeting.
I´m having a difficult day with a snowball effect, making me feel wrong and inadequate.
(I´ve wrote a bit text before, but this is more appropriate 😊)
